5. Project Commencement

Any delay in meeting these requirements may affect project timelines.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide safe and reasonable access to the project site.
Make payments in accordance with agreed terms.
Cooperate with Indigo Enterprise and its authorised representatives during project execution.

Indigo Enterprise shall not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, restricted access, or delayed approvals from the client.

7. Payments

Payment terms will be specified in the quotation, proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed:

Advance payment may be required before project commencement.
Milestone payments shall be made as agreed.
Final payment shall be made upon completion or handover of the project.
Applicable taxes, including GST where required, shall be charged separately.

Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension or termination of services.

8. Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be made in writing.

Any refund, if applicable, shall be governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Costs already incurred by Indigo Enterprise, including consultancy, procurement, labour, vendor commitments, or administrative expenses, may be deducted from any approved refund.
